Easy Grilled Chicken

1/4cup honey
2tablespoons soy sauce
2garlic cloves, minced or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 1 lb.)
2tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
1/4teaspoon salt
1/4teaspoon coarse ground black pepper 
  • Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce and garlic; blend well with wire whisk. Set aside. Brush chicken thighs with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 2 When grill is heated, place chicken on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook covered 8 to 12 minutes or until juice is clear when center of thickest part is cut (180°F), turning once and brushing with honey mixture during last 2 minutes of cooking time.

Chicken Recipes


1 pound of skinned chicken breasts which are diced into bite-size cuts, 2 potatoes which are peeled, diced and chopped into small pieces, 10 carrots cut in half, 2 table spoons of oil, 2 table spoons of curry paste, but the paste can also be exchanged by curry powder. Also you will need 1 cup of chicken broth, 1 spoon of sugar. You will also need salt and black, red or white pepper to adjust the curry to the desired taste.


The cooking process begins by heating a frying pan over high heat. Add the 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan and let it heat. After the oil as heated add the onion and stir the mix until the onions softens and starts to have a golden translucent color. Afterwards add the curry paste and start to stir the concoction. If you are using curry powder instead of the curry paste you should add some water so that the powder becomes paste. Add the chicken breasts and let them fry until the breasts receive a brown color. Occasionally stir them so that they become covered with the curry paste. Then it is time to add the potatoes and carrots, when you add them keep stirring for a minute and afterwards add the sugar, salt, broth and pepper and keep cooking everything for about 15-20 minutes at low heat. After that, just taste the finished meal and add some seasoning herbs to adjust the taste and then it is time to serve one of the easiest, though tastiest curry dishes in the world.

Combine vegetable with chicken

(1) 1 red bell pepper, chopped
(2) 1/2 cup pickled jalapenos, chopped
(3) 1 15.5 oz can black beans, rinsed
(4) 1 15.5 oz can yellow corn, drained
(5) 1 15.5 oz can red kidney beans, rinsed
(6) 1 15.5 oz can chick peas, rinsed
(7) 1 15.5 oz can diced tomatoes with chiles, drained
(8) 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
(9) 1/2 tsp salt
(10) 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
(11) 1 tsp cumin
(12) 1/2 cup olive oil
      (13) 3 tbsp lime juice
  1. Combine all ingredients except for olive oil and lime juice in a large bowl. Wisk olive oil and lime juice in a small bowl. Pour over bean mixture and stir well to combine.
  2. Refrigerate for about an hour to let the flavors combine.
  3. In the end its ready to serve.

Baked meat


(1)Mashroom 250gm.
(2)Powder pulse 3table-spoon.
(3)Pomegranate seed powder 1 tea-spoon.
(4)Turmeric powder half tea-spoon.
(5)Pepper powder.
(6)Salt 1 tea-spoon.
(7)Vegetable oil half cup.


Step.1:- First wash the mashroom and pound it.

Step.2:- Then mix all ingredients and added some water if necessary.

Step.3:- Make it small balls and fry it on the dip oil. Then serve the hot dish.

Cheese roll


(1) Boiled cauliflower small chip 1 cup.
(2) Capsicum small chip half cup.
(3) Cheese small chip half cup.
(4) Coriander leaf small chip 1 table-spoon.
(5) Raw-pepper small chip 1 table-spoon.
(6) Small onion chip 2 table-spoon.
(7) Salt little.
(8) Oil.
(9) Flour 2 cup.
(10) Baking powder 1 tea-spoon.
(11) Milk.


Step.1:- Frist mix flour with little oil. Then mix backing powder, milk and cover it for 30 minutes.

Step.2:- pour oil on the frying-pan. When oil become hot fry onion. Then add cauliflower, capsicum, raw-pepper, coriander leaf and fry them.

Step.3:- After that make small thin circular bread with flour. Then pour fried vegetable on the bread and fry it on the frying-pan.

Step.4:- When it colour become brown serve it with sos or tea.

Pasta with cheese


 (1)Boiled pasta 2 cup.
  (2)Great cheese 1 cup.
  (3) Fried onion 1 cup.
  (4) Tomato small chip 1 cup. 
  (5)Carrot+beans julian cut 1 cup.
  (6) Raw-pepper 4-5.
  (7) Salt little.
  (8)Coriander leaf small chip 1 table-spoon.
  (9) Black-pepper powder half tea-spoon.
 (10)Ginger small chip 1 table-spoon.
 (11) Garlic small chip 1 tea-spoon.


Step.1:- Frist pour oil on the frying-pan.

Step.2:- When oil become hot fry ginger and garlic. Then add onion and salt and fry it.

Step.3:-  Tomato wet in the hot water.  Throw the husk and cube it.

Step.4:- Then add tomato and vegetables on the frying-pan.

Step.5:- When vegetables become half boiled add pasta, black-pepper powder and fry it. After that mix great cheese, raw-pepper, coriander leaf and fry it.

      (1)Cauliflower half cup

(8)Roster meat spices 2 tea-spoon
      (9) Side-dish spices 1 tea-spoon
     (10) Ginger-garlic small chip 1 table-spoon
     (11) Onion pieces half cup
     (12) Pepper powder 1 tea-spoon
     (13) Black-pepper powder 1 tea-spoon
     (14) Sugar 1 tea spoon
     (15) Mustard oil 2 table-spoon.


Step.1:- First cut all vegetables small pieces and washed it.

Step.2:-  Then boiled all vegetables without brinjal.

Step.3:- At that time mix all vegetables and indegredients. Cover it for 2 hours.

Step.4:- Then push it in the stick and fry it on the frying-pan.

Step.5:- When frying it try to remaining spices with the brash. After that it serving up of food at table.
