Ingredients:

red bell pepper, chopped

cup pickled jalapenos, chopped

15.5 oz can black beans, rinsed
(4) 1
15.5 oz can yellow corn, drained
(5) 1
15.5 oz can red kidney beans, rinsed
(6) 1
15.5 oz can chick peas, rinsed
(7) 1
15.5 oz can diced tomatoes with chiles, drained
(8) 1/2
cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
(9) 1/2
tsp salt
(10) 1/2
tsp freshly ground black pepper
(11) 1
tsp cumin
(12) 1/2
cup olive oil
(13) 3 tbsp lime juice
Discribtion:
- Combine all ingredients except for olive oil and lime
juice in a large bowl. Wisk olive oil and lime juice in a small bowl. Pour
over bean mixture and stir well to combine.
- Refrigerate for about an hour to let the flavors
combine.
- In the end its ready to serve.
